Hill Park School

Each child here at Hill Park has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHC Plan) ,and Brighton and Hove Local Authority is required to review it annually, which it asks us to do. The annual review meeting:

• reviews the progress your child has made over the past year
• discusses if the provision that the school is making is appropriate and whether you are happy for your child to stay at Hill Park School
• discusses whether your child’s needs have changed over the last year
• decides whether the outcomes in the EHC need to be changed ( NB: we can only change outcomes in YR, Y2, Y6, Y9 and Y11)
